Some of the co-workers have good reputations in their field. Technical equipment is above average for this geographic area.

Minpunten

Employee contract - have an attorney review before signing! Micro management, no culture, no community give-back, very sue happy - look them up to see for yourself. This is the smallest firm I know of that has a full time attorney on staff, or maybe even two. Management is not trustworthy, and there is no team mentality. Very profit center orientated.

-Great people -Hands on Training -Time off -Amazing learning Experiences -Management is Amazing -Interesting day to day If you show that you’re willing to learn, they’re willing to teach you! They want you to grow as much as you’re able and they encourage questions and curiosity. Overall the whole company is full of amazing people and everyone is so friendly. I cannot say enough good things about the company and especially the CMT department.
