Colleagues are skilled professionals and day-to-day collaboration with peers is positive. Client-facing projects provide good experience, and the work itself can be challenging and rewarding. Minpunten
Unfortunately, there is a significant gap between what is promised and what is delivered. Bonus and incentive schemes that were presented during hiring and early employment were quietly discontinued without clear communication. Career progression pathways are unclear, and professional development opportunities are limited despite initial assurances. Management communication tends to be reactive rather than proactive, with important decisions often communicated late or not at all. Commitments made by leadership regarding role development and compensation reviews have not materialised.
