People, sense of a nice local company, but with the backing of a major international corporation

Minpunten

Can be a little difficult with communication with head office, as NZ is a small site on completely the opposite timezones.

Pluspunten

Great if your performance seen by top management. Fast career growth, etc. Plenty of opportunities to grow. Good benefits, flexible work environment. Small company feel, but is large multinational.

Minpunten

Lack direction/leadership in North America. Not so great if you are performing but top management is not seeing it. A bit political as there is no local leadership, so everyone tries to fend for themselves.
