There are written policies and procedures that are in our company handbook for all situations. All employees including upper management is trained on how to handle each situation. Our management team is top notch and has been with us for many years. Most moved to the area when the plant was opened and came from our plants in Richmond with years of experience. Additionally, Our HR department has an open-door policy, and we encourage all employees to give us a call with any questions, concerns or issues. We provide all employees with monthly training including safety, harassment, and bullying, which encourages employees to report any concerns, issues, or abuse.
