Senior employees spend more time in politicking and power struggle than doing actual work. Mainly fingerpointing at colleagues across the region who pick up their slack. HQ advocates agile working but this has not translated down to the local offices. They expect you to meet clients, yet be present in the office most of the day. No confidentiality with the HR as well. She comes to you with with seemingly innocent questions and promptly proceeds to share all the information ( including salary information )with the people in the office, especially those she wanted to suck up to.
