Pluspunten

Owners who care about their employees, employees that care about their customers. benefits package with dental,medical, 401k. Management will listen to new ideas and is not afraid to implement them. Flexible work schedule, great learning and career opportunity.

Minpunten

No employee lounge area, outgrowing current building. training and re-training need to be more consistent to keep up quality. Need better communication between management.

Pluspunten

Always working on a project, new or old. Getting more proficient with tools, cad details, and understanding the irrigation pump system to better explain it to the customer. The freedom to complete tasks without someone looking over your shoulder.

Minpunten

Standardization of Policies and Procedures or lack there of. Sections within the company have no set time schedules and no repercussion if not at work on time. (Example; hour long lunches turn into two hour lunches and bring their lunch back and eat at the desk). Vacation or time off Calendar is not used by everyone as I was always told it was policy to fill in when requested time off sheet was approved by the Manager. Communication by the Leaders is lacking, they need to talk to all the employees at least quarterly to update them on the goals, projects and what is expected to occur for future business for the Company.

Management agrees with dedicated team members that all employees need to pull their own weight. There is a process, which takes some time, that identifies and acts to correct performance or remove the occasional "slacker" who does not meet expected standards.
