If you are looking for something on a short term, then go ahead and apply. They offer pretty good salary.

Minpunten

You can never be certain about your position. In 1 second they can fire you without any explanations, 3 years ago this company was one of the best ones, but not anymore. They treat you like a slave and you don't have a right to make a mistake (they implement "warnings" which allows them to fire you in a second).

pay, remote, some good/smart people in pockets

Minpunten

Senior leaders could not care less about employees and routinely make bad market decisions leading to foreseeable product issues and eventual layoff cycles. There was a time a few years back where employees criticized the dark patterns in the app - the president got pissed and said 'the data didn't show it was an issue', then a few months later when we got bad press about those patterns dismissed it as our competitors planting stories - sums up the culture pretty clearly.
