Majority of teams are stuck maintaining legacy systems—minimal learning, near-zero growth. 3. Several Dev Technical Leads (especially from Noida/Hyderabad) are incompetent and difficult to work with. 3. Favoritism is rampant—visibility and connections matter more than actual technical skill. 4. Managers trying to save their old buddies from getting fired, making the newly joined LDPs as the scapegoat for firing. 5. Toxic work culture—long hours, weekend work, and no compensation. 6. No transparency in performance reviews. 7. Office management is the worst, budget cuts every year basically the money is reserved for next year's LDP hiring.
