Compensation is another strong point — hikes are well above industry standards, with people receiving anywhere from 30% to 100% increases based on performance. The work pressure is real and should be acknowledged honestly. High-volume client work at this pace demands a lot, and it can be relentless at times. There is currently no work-from-home flexibility, even on a limited basis.
