Few years were best experience with some senior members. They were really cooperating and highly intellectual. We learnt a lot from these person. Once those key members gone, company totally collapse in terms of technical stuff.

Now almost a year, this company loose its focus on work. They are keep targeting employees for so much fake reasons. So much of bad politics is happening you can't imagine. They need to stop micromanaging. Every were bossing is happening. Without any policy they are simply harassing people by dropping any email, by shouting on people publicly. My recommendation for all is never approach this company if you want to grow your carrier. If you have long tongue then this is best company for you for few years till they found you are not able to complete your work or they failed to take you further with long tongue activity.
