There's a serious lack of boundaries in this organization. Teams that have no connection to frequently interfere in our work, creating confusion and inefficiency. Unrealistic daily targets are the norm, and we’re expected to meet them constantly under the threat of escalation to senior management. Fear is used as a tool to drive performance, not motivation or leadership. The company falsely claims there's no micromanagement, but in reality, every minor task is questioned, monitored, criticized and micromanagement is justified by the senior managers. Many of the promises made during onboarding—from support to culture—are completely disconnected from what actually happens day to day. They offer low salary and false incentives. Also, ask employees to work late until they meet daily targets.
