I've been with Inflight for a few years now, and I must say, the recent changes in management have made a noticeable difference in the work environment. Previously, the company faced challenges, and the ratings reflected that. However, under the new management, things have taken a positive turn. The new leadership has demonstrated a commitment to improving the company culture and the way employees are treated. There's a renewed focus on open communication, employee well-being, and fostering a collaborative atmosphere. I am hopeful that the positive changes will continue, and Inlfight will evolve into one of the best workplaces.

Fully understanding the importance of punctuality and adhering to a schedule, I've observed a level of micromanagement that is affecting the team's overall well-being. Consistently completing work on time, meeting project deadlines, and ensuring the quality of output. However, the emphasis on being on time every day feels restrictive and is negatively impacting work-life balance and mental well-being.
