The work environment is toxic, with the CEO frequently micromanaging projects and employees instead of focusing on their own responsibilities. There is a lack of clear vision, and the company's direction changes weekly, sometimes even daily. Employees are not trusted to perform the jobs they were hired for, leading to high stress and feelings of being undervalued. Despite my direct involvement in defining the new culture and values, these remain only words on paper. The company truly does not care about its employees, showing a lack of accountability and transparency in every aspect of the work and failing to live up to its purpose of unlocking human potential.
