Thank you for your review and your comments. While there has been some change in our executive team, one could hardly characterize it as a "mass exodus." It is not uncommon for people to re-examine their careers when a company goes through significant changes as we did in 2015. Some elected to leave in order to pursue new directions or retire. Suffice it to say that the team we have now is exceptional in its level of expertise and accomplishment. As for the ESPP, a special, supplemental bonus program to largely replace it was announced at our most recent quarterly All-Hands meeting in February.
