Only junior can learn by working at here but only after going through harsh period in the company.

It like chicken and egg story, one boss thinks himself after bill gates and another thinks after steve jobs. rudeness, misbehave, humiliation will be your routine tasks at here. I will say not to join at this company ever if you really want to grow up in a better way and direction. These people only can criticise you on your fault and shout on your face by forgetting that human makes mistakes to learn something new and essential. 11 hours office by everyday, no greeting for good work, only humiliation is the award of your work at here. Never ever join to this company. No place for experienced people.

No pros:I had seen often to cry freshers in front of his/her desk ,just because they did not get any proper training ,only seven days and very few to train them And no Place for experience holder .

Two bosses there Suman and Aruna sir ,they behave you like a servant un professional behavior,even they some time complete a project with 10k-1000k errors and problem and they told their client they gradually remove the error but after getting payment their client frustrated to call them.
