      Pluspunten

      Big national marketing agency where you get to work on some of the biggest brands and retailers in the industry. You'll be asked to do alot of things outside your comfort zone and can learn alot in a short time.

      Minpunten

      Another agency with a terrible work/life balance. You'll always be asked to take on more and are rarely compensated for it. In the years I spent there, was seemed like a never ending turnover in senior management and a dependable,seasonal cycle of layoffs.

      They give you lots of autonomy for you to sell your products the most effective way you see fit.

      None that I can think of so far. Like every job, you get out of it what you put into it.

      Pluspunten

      Great people - some very talented. The hours are manageable especially for the Shopper Marketing industry. I think the company is generally fair in their treatment of employees.

      Minpunten

      The agency has been going through some changes that have left a sense of uncertainty with many employees. This coupled with the fact that they recently lost a major account have made it a tenuous workplace. They also have a problem with account associates not being educated enough in what creative does to communicate project specs and needs effectively.
