- The majority of projects here ARE successful, great feedback, return clientèle... now we just need to have them ALL be successful, project management methodology is there, it just needs to be more consistently applied... and we're getting there.
- small team comes with challenges: team members are deeply involved and care for their projets, which sometimes causes stress. INM is doing a lot to improve this: full time HR person, growing the team to allow for variety of projects for each individual
- small company, salaries are what they are, definitely not the industry's highest, but acceptable. The good thing is the other advantages you get, I think for a small company go above the basics.
