Leadership is clueless on how to effectively run the company and motivate the employee base. Morale and culture are non existent, yet employees are told to work harder and more hours while taking away all prior benefits. Many have been laid off or left in the most recent year, which puts more pressure and workload on individuals still at the company. However in most cases no additional compensation is granted to those employees that are left doing more work, and are given the poor excuse from leadership we are running “lean” for company financial benefit… please.
