I am not only speaking for myself but what I’ve heard from other people in every department. Company morale is low. Internal communications is non existent. Lots of blame shifting between departments. HR is like high school very clique like. Employees who have been there since the beginning personally have said the biggest struggle to progress forward is because departments will not communicate with each other. They eventually build a subtle resentment towards other departments if they cut meetings short or can’t attend.
