There were some people who actually conducted themselves like Christians, most did not.

Minpunten

The pay is very low. Management is tyrannical. Long hours and weekends with no overtime pay.

- Leadership cares about the mission and is making great strides to effect positive change and growth in the company - Very remote/hybrid-friendly - Cares about lifting up marginalized voices - Publishes great books - Good benefits - Great people - I have better work-life balance here than at any other job I've had.

Minpunten

- Pay can be considered low for general publishing industry standards, but in my opinion, it is actually pretty high by ministry standards. IVP is definitely viewed as a ministry, but the environment is much more professional than other ministries I have worked at.
