Changes in strategy are made daily, there’s no clear vision for the future. Decision are made arbitrarily and are not data-driven. Lack of basic structure, making it impossible to leverage the true potential of the product. CEO lacks empathy, leadership skills, emotional intelligence and trust in his employees.

Every minute spent here felt like a harsh lesson. One of the clearest lessons was realizing how much work life balance had been taken for granted.

Minpunten

. The workloads are brutally excessive and completely draining. . Employees are constantly expected to complete far too much work in far too little time. . Work life balance is treated like a joke and is not respected at any level. . Personal boundaries are routinely ignored with constant pressure to take on more and more work. . The demands feel never ending with no real relief or pause.
