- bad leadership, especially my direct supervisor named Bhineka: hostile even since my first days joining, very rude (when he upset he used the F word to me), play favoritism, lacks of empathy, messy way of working, disorganized, finger-pointing, gaslighter (use silent treatment to people he dislikes), self proclaimed "I'm close with the big boss" - so we know why he got hired despite of his bad attitude - Seniority complex culture: the senior employees that have been working for 20+ years feel threatened and insecure with new hirer like me, they make the environment uncomfortable for me to work with. One of them feel so insecure of me that she self proclaimed to my face "I'm an alpha female, don't steal my stage when we visit the client together". Well, employees who stuck at only 1 company their entire career will always feel insecure, because they never evolve/grow. - so heavy on gossip culture and rivalry - working in silos, not collaborative - too much celebrations and cringey work events, such a waste of money and time - the size of the team is so big, with low contributions to company (total opposite of lean operations in startups) - despite of my good performance within a very short time, even I outperformed the BDs that work longer than me, I decided to leave this toxic environment after 3 months
