Some of the employees you work with are nice, laid back people. Also, they brought doughnuts on Fridays for employees to eat.
Minpunten
The company structure is set up in a way that problems with orders are inevitable. Customers order online thinking they are ordering direct from a florist. Instead, Just Flowers is an "order gatherer" an in essence a middle-man with no real purpose. This of course leads to excessive complaints and very angry customers. The suggested remedies given to employees to pass on to customers often just insults the customer.
Also, there was VERY little pride taken in the office itself. Dirty floors, computers, etc. Many of the computers had issues preventing them from working well. The chairs were horrendous to sit in. I once, during a busy season, had to work at a computer propped on top of two boxes.
