      Pluspunten

      I have nice teammates. But there are no other pros.

      K-Designers is honestly just too toxic for me to stay longer. The management is the worst when it comes to the treatment of the employees. Most of our managers here are always condescending, and they talk down to us whenever we communicate with them. It's just really toxic and problematic in the workplace, and I don't recommend that you get a job here.

      I love my job. I get to work with a lot of great people. KD is part of Great Day Improvements, one of the largest home improvement companies in the country! Great benefits, continued training, great people.

      If you don’t love home improvement, it may not be the place for everyone.

      60+ hours a week, 3500 miles a month, job breakdowns are always in favor of the company not you. Micro managed. They keep you filled with guilt and promise you the best pay but you won't see above 5%. Will tell you the customer tried to cancel so they had to give them a discount that comes out of your pocket. No gas reimbursement if the lead is 125 miles or less. And no paid hotels for overnight or week long trips to poe dunk towns. Your training pay is a 3 week draw that you have to pay back. Your best bet is to just don't. Your better off at McDonald's
