      Minimum wage salary for all positions With little to no commission The business is slow and the gym is empty most of the time You can spend a whole day doing nothing Not sure how secure the job is long term as major changes are being made

      Pluspunten

      Formations internes, évolution rapide possible, plus difficile ensuite. Une bonne ambiance et un bon cadre de travail de manière générale. La plupart du temps la hiérarchie et la direction sont bienveillants et disponibles. Les inconvénients cités ci-dessous finissent par prendre le dessus, dommage.

      Minpunten

      Aucun avantage hormis l'accès au réseau (pas de CE, pas de ticket restaurant, minimum de congés légal ...). Salaire/horaire fixe bas, même après évolution hiérarchique. Politique commerciale agressive qui peut devenir difficile au niveau affectif. Missions et pression commerciale parfois abusives. On ne regarde que les chiffres, souvent avec peu d'analyse et sans prendre le contexte en compte. Cela entraîne logiquement des applaudissement trompeurs ou des blâmes immérités. Amplitude horaire, travail le WE. Turn Over.
