We believe in work-play-learn and attempt to give equal emphasis to all three. As an organization, we try to strike a balance between work and play by having meeting free Fridays, flexible leaves, weekly sports outings, and hybrid work options to name a few.
Some learning is involved, but it's not worth it compared to the daily stress and struggles you have to face.

Working here was a terrible decision. The work-life balance of employees was a joke, and each day was full of horribly exhausting challenges. As a startup, they didn't have enough resources, but wanted employees to go a few hundred extra miles regularly. It was awful.
