Was always trying to stay ahead and be innovative. Team in the UK was hard working and incredibly fun and inspiring to be around.

Working with the team overseas was incredibly challenging and when complaints were raised about their behaviour to certain members of the team in the UK it was never taken seriously. Team members overseas were often rewarded whilst the team in the UK would have to sit back and watch.
