This is a really good starter job for someone who likes working in a fast-paced setting. You work with young people, and it was always fun coming to work. Know your formulas and work hard. If you put in the work and come in with an open mindset, you'll have a great time.

Management is very strict with knowing formulas. There are maybe a hundred or more formulas you will need to know and it is BRUTAL. You will have to memorize the formulas and know them by heart. You will be tested every few weeks and even one single mistake will prevent you from getting a pay raise or making tea. This is understandable because the company genuinely cares about producing quality drinks for every single customer.
