Totally missing the point. Group CFO lacks the ability to lead the company with vision. Poor HR function with no logic. KPI is not for the punishment of business head failure but to add workload to general staff. lots of staff working for more than 20 years without updated knowledge or common sense anymore. ~50% staff turnover rate is ridiculous
