Pluspunten
Really good if you don't have any previous experience with Nuke or Mocha. You can learn a lot. You can also make good friends at L3D and know a lot of interesting people. Also you can learn some standard procedures used in the film industry (clean plates, rotos, match move, etc).
Minpunten
The teams are not well lead and you can get stuck on a shot forever. They are renovating the place for more than 3 months and it's still a mess. No lunch room (you have to lunch in front of your computer if you don't wanna leave the place to eat). They barely offer you microwaves to warm up you food. The RH is outnumbered (for the number of employees). Legend 3D promises a 2 week training and it doesn't happen. After 1 day training (not training, they only put you to watch videos and learn by yourself) they throw you to the sharks and start to giving you shots to be done. Some of the leads are terrible and don't give you the needed training.
