We monitor our turnover rate carefully and it’s trending strongly in the right direction, post our merger last year, and is currently in line with companies of similar size. Lexipol values ideas and input from both new and tenured team members and we have a good balance of both within the company. Any ‘Old Boy’s Club’ mentality is not acceptable, nor the norm, and diversity of staff and thinking is important to us.
