Pluspunten
Seemed to be a great place at the time of joining where I could build a long term synergistic relationship with the company.
Minpunten
I was hired as a full time engineer, located remotely in India. I worked for them from mid October 2019 to December 20, 2019. They took the current code delivery from me around Dec. 15, 2019. As of Dec. 20, 2019 my salary for November was still unpaid with their CTO Ritika attributing the delay to a delay from their side in receiving funds. When I inquired about my salary on Dec, 20th, 2019, Ritika told me that my salary was withheld due to things not adhering to the scenario "as planned". The project was in Angular and it was running about a month late in spite of my putting in 14-16 hours of work daily and not taking a single weekend off in November and December 2019. I had intimidated them of the delay earlier and sent them links where numerous diverse accomplished engineers had complained about the delay in Angular projects due to the extremely complex and non-intuitive nature of the framework. I was comparatively new to Angular, and Ritika and Rajesh knew that when they hired me. I worked tirelessly without a break trying my best to minimize the impact. I am a mature engineer with more than 25 years experience in development and possess a well rounded skill set with expertise in many web technologies. My previous organizations had always valued my work and demonstrated the same by fast tracking my career growth and emoluments. In contrast, Lincode walked away without paying two months salary (plus salary due for a month's paid notice period). They refused to answer my phone calls and emails after December 20, 2019. Just cut themselves off after taking the code I had developed for them. The code size was huge, any astute code reviewer would appreciate its volume, complexity, its quality, and understand how much time and effort must have gone into creating it. I do not think Ritika did that or even try. What they committed was a crime of fraud, a swindle. I am shocked and have suffered a great financial loss at their hands.
