The idea of the MAA culture is awe inspiring. A career with MAA can truly prepare you for any other career, as they are thorough in their training. Base pay has improved, and bonuses for performance are great incentives. The residents--they are the very best part of MAA. Assisting people with finding a home is so rewarding.
Minpunten
Unfortunately, the Fair Housing and Sexual Harassment training are simply items on a To Do list. The policies are not enforced. Goals can be unrealistic on smaller properties. The workload isn't always fully realized.
