Friendly team, bonded over stressful working environment

Minpunten

Poor management and stressful. Expected to do more than you are paid to do and don’t get promotions when deserved. Constantly asked to pick up the slack from other employees who do nothing and management promote these people out of the way rather than deal with the poor performance. It pays to be lazy at MBDA
