Micromanagement. Business logic is not in place. Absolutely not compliant with laws. Internal processes don't process information based on facts. The organisation says it wants quality but they run behind quantity.

I can not think of anything positive

There have been instances of discriminatory behavior towards employees from different nationalities. Leadership, including the CTO who directly manages the engineering team, often makes decisions based on personal moods rather than consistent, professional standards. Overall, there is a lack of professionalism and structured management within the department.
