Australian headquarters offers more opportunities to move upwards and sideways. The enterprise vertical is very well led and organised. Have also generally turned things around with marketing.

MYOB struggle to separate politics and business. Have been quietly terminating many staff across all lines of business over the last 12 months. Questionable middle management across SME. Especially around the new CRM where the average sale is around 2 seats with little to no demand generation capability. It also appears the enterprise line of business are no longer sharing their demand gen team as a resource with SME. Possibly because the CRM is competition to the Advanced Business ERP. If you are coming from another tech company, you probably also won't like the strict 9-5 ethos/approach or the multiple CRMs and applications required to manage your KPIs. Additionally low salary offering is not competitive in the market.
