Pluspunten

Diverse set of projects within the company. Large possibility to have a huge impact at a startup that needs experience and a can-do attitude. Company culture is still positive, but nowhere near as strong pre-covid. Benefits and compensation relatively competitive.

Minpunten

The company has lost a significant amount of senior talent within the last 6 months, and still hasn't recovered. Current projects are failing due to incomplete hand-offs, and new engineers are discovering issues with our legacy software stack of which nobody knows how to solve. All engineers are overworked and often on multiple projects attempting to make an arbitrary deadline set by leadership and PMs who have a hard time defining concrete goals and requirements. From an engineer level, it is difficult to practice an agile development method as the business has a large divider between itself and engineering. As a result, employee morale is relatively low and leadership refuses to acknowledge this. Managers have asked to leave positive reviews on glassdoor and silence growing issues within the company.
