If you enjoy the good ole boys network and can "fit" in- this is your place to go. If you like working smart and being a top performer yet rewarded similar to those just waiting to retire- this is your place.

      - status quo - seniority and tenure over competence - good ole boys network - top performers rewarded similar to those just waiting to retire - they can't develop you but also won't support your development for fear of you leaving - certain departments shown favoritism - lacks diversity in management - bullying and bad behavior by a few in finance/accounting

      Micromanagement, low employee morale, subpar salary compared to other utility companies, incompetent management, inflexibility, outdated benefits, everything is outdated, only 1 remote day that’s also heavily monitored, lack of employee events & sandwiches are usually the meal option for every large meeting, feels like a prison
