Overall the company is undergoing a massive reorg, and this trickles down to a lot of uncertainty and lack of clarity for teams. Functional, this stops good work from being done while awaiting marching orders. Overall, it's a great place to start and build skills but as others have said - don't stay long!

You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
