There was a great relationship with top tier companies until it was destroyed by management. Pay was average for bay area salaries. There were some great people working here until they were let go.

- HR is inkahoots with management, they lack integrity and do not trust them regardless of you situation. - They will fire if they need to bring a family member or close friend to take your role. - Do not tell them you are going to have a child and will let you go before you can claim maternity leave. - They have had cases of age discrimination and lost to settle outside of court. - Management lacks foresight and is immature when dealing with internal issues. - Bonuses will never be given, always will find a reason to prevent you from receiving it, even if you've satisfied all requirements. - Company have removed great talent to prevent salary increases. - Poorly structured as an organization, CEO does not care about you as the individual.
