Good environment for working with kids.

Lots of paperwork, just like other teachers

First impression everyone is very sweet. The kids are very adorable. I do miss them.

I lasted less than two weeks as an assistant teacher. I will admit I wasn't ready for this kind of job but I have somethings to say. I genuinely liked some teachers but not mine. The adults as a whole were extremely fake and there was no genuine communication. The teacher in my room corrected me more than the toddlers that were way out of her control. I remember so many times I wanted to walk out because of only her. Her teaching methods are really backwards, the kids were very misbehaved yet ever saying even "no" was forbidden. Kids would hurt me or each other with little to no consequences. Mind blowing as I was spanked a lot as a kid. I just had to say that. I really didn't agree with her methods and the kids got away with everything it was pure chaos. I had to leave in the middle of the day and I never looked back. I honestly think it was too much for anybody but I definitely blame the teacher she was not very nice to me at all but the kids were always validated. The pay is anything but worth it.
