Autonomy. Not much bureaucracy. Good regular hours in terms of not having to stay late.
Minpunten
General mistreatment of people that comes from the top down. Belittling employees almost seems like a management technique to make people feel like they don't deserve better. The employees all look glass-eyed and trapped. I did not encounter a happy employee. It's my belief that the only positive review here was written by management.
