This company used to be great until very recently. The pay is still good. benefits are good

Minpunten

Changes in the very top destroyed company morale and working environment. Tons of lay offs, many of them that were hard to justify. Terrible communication from upper management.

People are fantastic and open to collaboration and learning about what others do. Remote work was great too.

Minpunten

management is non-existent. they get paid but they dont do much to earn their salary. no training programs or mentorship. best for experienced people as they can do what they deem is right for the client
