You never know when it will get busy as it is based around weather events, but thats part of it being so rewarding, helping people get back in their homes after a disaster - its not bad being unexpectedly busy when you can help others.

Things change constantly, requiring adaptability. Time billing is based on hours worked. Micromanagement can sometimes be a challenge.
