Similar to the Contractor 2000/ Nexstar cult like brainwashing tactics are used to try to make you believe that, for example, installing a cleanout should cost $3500-8500. You will find the typical backstabbing office vs. serviceman relationship here, and have people that have nowhere close to you skill level trying to treat you like a subordinate every day. Moral of you fellow serviceman will be horrible. You'll be lucky to get more then two calls a day. Inspectors and public work employees will be after you and look at you like a scumbag thief. You'll be expected to sell "advantage plans" for $199 to "help" customers save money. These plans may bring the prices down to near what the industries TOP average flat rate jobs SHOULD cost.
