Pluspunten
- Amazing culture. If I quit tomorrow, I don’t know if I’d ever find a company with as much good and fun-loving people, transparency, inclusiveness, and emphasis on personal growth.
- Lots of responsibility and trust in your judgment. My supervisor is one of the nicest, most caring, patient and supportive people I’ve ever met. This doesn’t mean it’s easy, or that you can slack off — there’s still a lot of responsibility and you’re expected to hustle hard.
- If you’re not a tour guide based in a certain city, you can work from home.
- The company is still relatively small. You have room to make an impact. Room to grow within the company.
- What we do is really cool. It’s really nice to feel like you’re part of something awesome and be proud of what your company does.
Minpunten
- There’s a bit of a learning curve with the way things work, takes a while getting used to.
- Not super organized/structured, but it’s still a young company w/ a startup atmosphere
- Most of the staff are part-time contractors, and at time of writing there are no benefits if you're not full-time, even if you end up putting in similar # of hours
- This isn't necessarily a con, but I agree with an earlier reviewer who said “Employees are expected to learn on the fly, move fast and rise to the occasion without much guidance. If that's not your cup of tea, this is not the place for you.” People are generally very helpful if you do need help, but the expectation is that you’ll figure it out on your own.
