- Culture derailed after 1 year i.e towards the end of 2016 - Employee should rather demand for more hike , shouldn't get lured by ESOP option. It's a trap. Rs 3000 - Rs 4000 hike per year is not a good hike. Don't ever consider it is standard for Bhubaneswar location. You are doing your job and the salary structure should be industry standard always irrespective of location. - Hell lot of politics , people point others for any kind of mistakes , [Not their fault , otherwise they get fired ] - The work is very much repetitive , No new stuffs to learn - Product Development Cycle : There should be a clear procedure where everyone gets onboard eventually. The end developer just work and delivers the work. That's it. - Doesn't understand How designers working in poor colour rendering windows machine ! - Product Managers : I hardly saw they encourage designers. They just check in with them so frequently where one will get so irritated. - A lot of firing - Work from option was n't there .
