      Work environment and infrastructure are good.

      Minpunten

      Very late payment of salaries. No hikes. They don't take care of employees growth. Worst Management . Too much politics.

      Overall good people and good company. Nice people. Very Helpful. Honest Feedback. Proactive with employees. Management is easily Approachable. Very transparent in the process.

      Minpunten

      Generally all is good. Just wished they were a little more flexible in Salary negotiations. Employee training is one place where they could get better.
