      Pluspunten

      Remote work life balance. A leader that actually want to train and help you succeed. Too often this comes off as high expectations however I disagree. I’ve worked with many leaders and neither will have the time or minute to help answer a simple question. The CEO will take time to help resolve the issues.

      Minpunten

      Highly driven environment but not a con here. People cannot grasp the concept of deadline driven environment and call it something else. It’s unfortunate that so many cannot grasp the concept of hard work and what client driven environments are all about. So don’t believe the past negative comments. Nothing but GREAT things to say about this.

      Minpunten

      Unprofessional CEO who bills client for all internal cockups then blames consultants for overbilling. Unethical work practices using ghost staff unknown to client and cause insurance liabilities. Share login with client permission causing client risk. Promise additional hours and payments to staff unapproved by client and then when client disapproves, none payment.

      We value our clients and inaccurate records of billing hours are considered misconduct in our organization.

      I really love working with the development team on the ATS side. The people I worked with were supportive, talented, and the best part of working there.

      Minpunten

      The workload can get heavy when deadlines approach. There is a strong expectation to put in long hours and grind through crunch time to get major deliverables over the hump.
