Solid product, smart people, high performing teams having good level of autonomy.

Minpunten

My first couple of years were great. However, it was a tough couple of years for the retail sector, and the company went through lots of organizational changes over the years, some of which were not well thought through.

Great place to have autonomy, room to make mistakes and grow from them and excellent people who care about their employees.

Minpunten

Base salary could be more competitive, but other benefits, remote/hybrid workplace and overall atmosphere make up for this.
